Orders received by 12 noon will be dispatched the same day and in most cases will reach our customers within Germany within 1-2 days.
This is because DHL picks up the packages from us at around 2 p.m. and then drives them directly, without intermediate storage, to the central parcel center where they are processed further. If a delivery is delayed, it is usually not our fault :-)
Shipping abroad usually takes several days.
We have automated the processes so that the packages are sent as quickly as possible. An order is often processed immediately after it is received and placed on the large packing trolley. In most cases, it is not possible to fish out individual orders afterwards.
